Gory Set Photos From Aja’s Piranha 3D
Most days, I’m annoyed by set photos. I can’t even begin to count the number of times I’ve gone to look at new stills from some movie I’m interested in and then discover that they’re behind the scenes stuff, or boring publicity photos, or just bad pictures in general. Don’t get me wrong–I’m glad there are people snapping photos for me to post, but I often feel as though most of the set photos that turn up aren’t very exciting.
This is what makes the two new photos from Alexandre Aja’s 3D Piranha remake so cool–these are exactly the kind of photos you’d want to see from the film, meaning they’re bloody and gruesome. The first picture is Kelly Brook after a run in with the carnivorous fish of the title.
The second photo is apparently earlier (Brook still has a face…), but I like how the little girl seems transfixed by the covered corpse next to her. Jump past the break to check that one out.
