I've been impressed with BU's Blu-ray titles so far; really good transfers on all of them. Here's hoping they release Suspiria properly. There have been a couple overseas Blu-ray transfers of the film that have all been sourced from an awful-looking master and then plagued with various compression artifacts and the like. BU/Anchor Bay's DVD transfer of the film looks very good and I assume faithful to the source, so here's hoping they really do a bang-up job for HD. Excellent news. After seeing Blue Underground's "The New York Ripper" on Blu-ray and how amazing the transfer was I'm absolutely stoked for this one.
